[PIGMI] Let's Make Games: Shared co-working office survey

Funnily enough City of Perth just asked the same thing on Linked In :)

The shared workspace they already run (McNess Studios) is about half
the price of the Hub. So it's full :D

They certainly seem interested in developing more though - so maybe
worth letting them know of the PIGMI interest too?
