[PIGMI] A small project, looking for freelancers

Hi PIGMI!

I am looking for someone that can do the following:

But for a character's body.

Here are some more details.

Requirements:
.	Character Editor to change various body aspects by typing
measurements in Cm and a slider, to an accurate and realistic looking human.

	o	Neck width/length
	o	Shoulder  Width/Length
	o	Arm Width/Length/musculature
	o	Fore Arm Width/Length/Musculature Ect. All the way to calf
and feet

.	Needs to be Online browser Based and in 3D.
.	Changes on the character should be in real time but it's not a
necessity to start with.
.	Needs to be done for male and female character
.	For Feet, breast, arms and every other measurement the User needs to
be able to input real life measurements in Cm.
