[PIGMI] Texturing software

I've never seen a game being able to refresh a texture when it has been
modified outside its program, but im sure it wouldnt be too hard to make a
button that refreshes / reloads all models in a game.

I use Milkshape 3d for modelling and texturing, its really old but ive been
using it for years since half-life and its just stuck with me. Really good
for low polygon models i think. Doesn't cost much to register. :)
