1. Install Windows
2. Install a C64 emulator, such as http://www.computerbrains.com/	
3. Profit!

If it can play all the old games and I can program using the old

Makes you wonder why they didn't so something smart like this with the 
Amiga when it was flailing - I guess this is it!
