[PIGMI] A new planet

LOL.

I tried moon moon ages ago. Unless it has changed recently, it's a
pretty bad design, typical of your average PHP numnut. IIRC, the feed
cache refreshe are triggered by GET requests from incoming requests.
This completely blew up my web server after very moderate traffic.
That's why I went back to the python power planetplanet aggregator.
