I need a animation tool that allows me to sketch out vectors, and may or may not colour fill. Needs to have timeline, keyframes and most importantly onionskinning. Other than Flash which I can't afford (nor toon boom) can anyone suggest any cheaper alternatives? SVG something something perhaps? Andy H.
