[PIGMI] Activision Blizzard lobbying for new R&D tax changes

Yeah we have a good time zone for the Chinese market, We have a good community, We are largely untapped from other large Game Companies hiring al the talent, We have decent connection infrastructure (improving with the NBN rollout), Australia itself has a very high take up of new technologies (not sure how WA compares to the eastern States however).

That's about all I can think of.
