[PIGMI] Fallen Empire:Legions now Legions:Overdrive

Wowzers im excited!

(big breaaaaath) GarageGames' now (mostly) defunct InstantAction platform's
web-based Tribes clone game Fallen Empire:Legions lives!

Like most things I find out months after its happened.  But check it out:

Its still under license from InstantAction, so they are still incorporated
somewhere.  Its run by volunteers and does not make a profit - a few who are
or previously were running the project at InstantAction are in the team I
think.  And it appears to be in public beta.  Runs independantly now from
the browser through a downloadable exe.  They are doing it like most indies
do it for: the love!

The original Fallen Empire:Legions was really fun for an in-(plugin)-browser
game, that was free and a modern version of the original Tribes idea.
