[PIGMI] 18+ Classification

When regular people are routinely breaking the law, and the majority of
regular people don't find it a problem, it means the law needs
updating/removing.
Laws need to be maintained to correctly reflect what society together
decide is acceptable.
The alternative is that we just leave it up to individuals to figure out
which laws are the 'proper' ones and which can be safely ignored. I'm sure
you can see that this is not a good idea.
I am not a laywer or anthropologist or economist or philosopher, but that
just seems right off the top of my head.
