[PIGMI] What software is this referring to?

I think they are referring to new beta versions of iOS, XCode, etc, which are made available to developers before the general public.

Just saw this on my Apple portal when I went to add a device to test software.  What software is this referring to?  Is my pre-release game Apple Software?
