[PIGMI] DLC and Launch Content

Nah, I didn't take it as a personal attack, it's just a bunch of views
with some conjecture. Like you said, a lot of people share these
views.

The point I really wanted to put forward is that the big publishers in
the games industry really treat their customers like crap, and they
get away with it, because the customers put up with it. Most of the
decisions are based on what will make the most profit, and that's a
great business plan.

When it comes to release day DLC though, they receive a lot of
backlash from customers when their money making schemes are so
obvious: A way to make the players pay twice for the same piece of
software. I don't agree with the sense of entitlement that customers
tend to have (especially when they keep paying to be abused), and I
agree that not all day DLC is bad.

But when a large company keeps putting profits ahead of satisfying
their customers, they can't be surprised when the customers get upset
and start getting loud.

Your points were all correct, but they are defending publishers that
just don't care about us.
