[PIGMI] Push Notifications server side job

Hi all,

I have a small job I need to finish off using push notification for iOS 
and Android devices.  I've set up the certificates, and I've got the 
server, I just need to put the two together and I'm unsure how to get 
the job completed.  I need someone who can advised or complete the 
missing piece for me so I can post push notificiation via APNS and GCM 
to my application please.
