In fairness to Apple, they aren't the only ones who have massive price disparity in Australia. I got my Lenovo <meta charset="utf-8">netbook (4th largest PC manufacturer in the world) for $500 in the states, when the australian distributor was selling it here for $1200.<div>
<br></div><div>I think it's just a case of them charging what they can get away with.<br><div><br></div><div>End of the day, consumer will decide with their wallet if they think it's worth it. (Seems to be working for Apple and Lenovo though)</div>
