<p style="margin: 0px;">That said, way back in 1997 when I started at Ratbag, they hired about 7 programmers (including me) who were at uni / just finished uni, and while it was chaotic, somehow it worked and we managed to produce something. I think the key thing was that all of us had done a lot of programming for fun in our spare time, so we all knew how to code (even if we lacked the wisdom of experience).</p>
