<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 90pt; text-indent:

purpose of this app is to provide a server based search app that
provides users with a list of sites within a selected search
area. These will be selected from a list of environmental,
cultural or historical heritage sites as defined by the user
within a user-determined search radius from the location of the
phone. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 90pt; text-indent:

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 90pt; text-indent:
-90pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Function Outline: </span>When
the user activates the app, the phone reports its gps location
to the server, along with the selected search criteria. The
server plots the phone on a virtual map and checks for gps site
tags within the selected radius, filtering as appropriate. Data
packets attached to these tags are then returned to the users’
phone.</p>

three distinct categories with a selection of sub-categories
within each. Search options should include a variable distance
selection ranging from 1 km out to 100 km, with a number of
units in between.</p>

tagged and indexed by gps location.</p>
