[PIGMI] apple extortion.

In fairness to Apple, they aren't the only ones who have massive price
disparity in Australia. I got my Lenovo netbook (4th largest PC manufacturer
in the world) for $500 in the states, when the australian distributor was
selling it here for $1200.
I think it's just a case of them charging what they can get away with.
End of the day, consumer will decide with their wallet if they think it's
worth it. (Seems to be working for Apple and Lenovo though)
